HOTEL RESERVATION

How can I make a reservation?
Go to the link RESERVATIONS of our website and fill in the fields and submit. We will then mail you a E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP. You may take a printout and present the same at our Reception Desk when you arrive.
When is my reservation completed?
Right after we receive your Reservation request a confirmation message will be transmitted to you through e-mail.
How many days ahead, can I start making a reservation?
6 months in advance.
Can I reserve a room on the-day?
Yes, Subject to Availibility.
How do I check-in at the Hotel?
Simply present your E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP to the hotel's reception staff. Since the hotel already has your booking on record, E-MAIL CONFIRMATION SLIP is not essential, but may be useful as verification and for contact information. If for any reason you need a duplicate copy, please do not hesitate to contact us giving your booking reference number.
What is Check-in / Check-out time?
CHECK- IN / CHECK- OUT TIME 12.00 NOON.

Room may not be guaranteed for early arrivals unless pre-reserved from the previous evening. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-out is always chargeable and is strictly subject to availability.

Reservation will be released after 18.00 hrs until unless the arrival time is mentioned for later.

For all reservations, one-night room charges will be levied in the event of non-arrivals on the date unless cancelled 72 Hrs. prior to the arrival

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Cancellation policy
Cancellation has to be made through fax on +91 512 2306291 or + 91 512 2306247 or on the corresponding email ID :info@thehotellandmark.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. For all reservations except bulk bookings one night room charges will be levied in the event of non arrivals on date unless cancelled 07 days prior to the arrival date. We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.

CHARGES

How should I make the payment?
Pay to the hotel directly by credit card or cash.
How is the child's rate different at a Landmark?

Children below 10 year are not charged provided they don't ask for an extra bed.

PET POLICY

The Hotel Landmark Kanpur does not allow pets.
